Each animal is born and raised exclusively on our farm located in Central Missouri. We believe in taking the time to raise our animals with dedication and care. There are no shortcuts.
USDA Inspected
All of our meat has been inspected by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service and has passed the test! We work with three small, family-owned, local certified processors to provide the best quality cuts...Just how we like it!
Multiple Delivery Options
Whether you live close or a couple states away, we have local delivery and shipping options to fit your needs. We offer Free Front Porch Delivery weekly to our customers in the St. Louis area and also ship out orders nationally on Mondays and Tuesdays each week.
