Grilled Honey Ginger Pork Chops

After a long day on the farm, a grilled pork chop really hits the spot. Here's one of our favorite ways to cook them up on the grill.

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (powdered)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2
Place the pork chops in a shallow glass dish.

Step 3
Pour marinade over chops, cover, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.

Step 4
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Step 5
Place pork chops on a lightly oiled grill rack and allow to cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
Step 6
Once internal temperature reaches 145 F/65 C, the until the pork chops are done.
Step 7
Remove from the heat, let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes and serve with your favorite sides.
We hope you enjoy! Let us know if you try them in the comments below!
