Grilled Honey Ginger Pork Chops
After a long day on the farm, a grilled pork chop really hits the spot. Here's one of our favorite ways to cook them up on the grill.
Recipe:
- 4 RFF 1" pork chops
Marinade:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (powdered)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
PREPARATION
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2
Place the pork chops in a shallow glass dish.
Step 3
Pour marinade over chops, cover, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
Step 4
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Step 5
Place pork chops on a lightly oiled grill rack and allow to cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
Step 6
Once internal temperature reaches 145 F/65 C, the until the pork chops are done.
Step 7
Remove from the heat, let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes and serve with your favorite sides.
