Pork & Apple Stuffing Bites

Spice up your Thanksgiving menu with these quick appetizers or use up some of your leftover stuffing!


  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 apple
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cups dry stuffing mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 350°.

Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Peel and finely dice apple. Finely dice celery stalk. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Form into ping pong sized balls, pressing firmly. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Drizzle with your favorite gravy.
