Valentine Rosemary Pork Chops

We initially got this recipe while surfing the internet for some new pork chop ideas, and with a few modifications its become a family favorite!

  • 4 1-inch thick bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped
  • 4 fat cloves of garlics finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Paprika optional
  • Chili flakes optional
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Step 1
Set the oven to broil.

Step 2
Generously grease a cookie sheet with oil and set aside.

Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, oil, paprika, lemon juice and salt.

Step 4
Place the pork chops on the cookie sheet and gently rub the marinade onto both sides.

Step 5
Let it sit while the oven preheats.

Step 6
Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes on each side. Check that internal temperature has reached 145 degrees

Step 7
Take it out, cover them in tin foil let it sit for a few minutes.
Serve with a side of baked potato wedges and steamed broccoli.
