- A quarter of beef is approximately 120 to 125 pounds of beef.

- We estimate a price of $8.80 per pound on your total order.
- Total cost after processing will be approx. $1100 depending on hanging wt.
- Because each customer creates their own cutting order, some preferences may be more expensive causing price to fluctuate.
